Once the milk has been delivered and accepted by the customer, we do not provide refunds or replacements for spoilage, souring, change in taste, change in smell, separation or other deterioration occurring after delivery.

After delivery, the condition of the milk can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

• Storage conditions
• Storage duration
• Power interruptions
• Repeated thawing and freezing
• Handling after delivery
• Opening and closing of the container
• Delay in transferring the milk to cold storage
• Contamination from utensils or other handling

For this reason, customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after receiving the product.

Customers are requested to check the milk and packaging at the time of delivery.

If there is an obvious issue with the product or packaging when you receive it, please contact us immediately with:

• Details of the issue

We will review the matter based on the circumstances.

Any spoilage or deterioration occurring after delivery due to storage or handling cannot be considered for refund or replacement.
