Our Sea Rock Salt Crystal is a naturally crystallised salt obtained from seawater through traditional salt-making and drying processes. The salt is collected, dried and sorted while retaining its natural crystal form.

Unlike finely powdered salt, these larger crystals can be used directly or ground according to your preferred cooking method.
