About Natural Storage & Occasional Storage Pests

Ground spices are naturally susceptible to moisture and storage-related issues, particularly in warm and humid conditions.

Because we follow natural preservation and storage practices rather than relying on chemical pest-control treatments, proper storage after opening is important.

For best storage:

• Keep the powder in a clean, dry, airtight container.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Protect it from moisture and humidity.
• Always use a clean, dry spoon.
• Keep the container tightly closed after every use.

Replacement Policy

Natural variation in colour, aroma and texture may occur from batch to batch because agricultural products can naturally vary.

However, if you receive a product with a genuine quality issue, such as:

• Visible fungus or mould
• Significant moisture-related deterioration
• White worms/larvae
• Other clear quality concerns

please contact us with clear photographs and your order details so that we can review the issue.

Place your order before 5 PM every Thursday to receive your home delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Delivery charge: $8 across Singapore.
