1)RETURNS
Items supplied to customers should be returned only if its checked on the door step in-front of our delivery personal. in case of return due to quality defect or other problem please complain us at +91 8688998047 or mail us at contact@sampoornaswadesi.shop
Please make sure you contact us before returning any item.

2)REFUND
in case of returning any product we will deduct the item price and new invoice amount is payable by you.
Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment method.for online payments we will refund the amount in 2 business days.

please note orders can not be refunded after our delivery personal leaves your premises.

3)CANCELLATION

for cancellation of any order please call us at “contact@sampoornaswadesi.shop” or mail us at “contact@sampoornaswadesi.shop” with user name and order id.if order dispatched you can not cancel it once it reaches at your doorstep you can return it.
