Delivery and Replacement Policy
1. Delivery Schedule
Our vegetable deliveries operate on a weekly basis, taking place every Friday and Saturday. To receive your order on these days, please submit it by Thursday.
2. Replacement and Refund Terms
a. Non-Delivery:
If an item is missing from your cargo, we will either deliver it with your next order or replace with another item. No refunds applicable.
b. Damaged Items:
- Fully damaged items will be replaced with an equivalent item.
- Partially damaged items will be replaced at 50% of their cost.
c. Wrong Product Delivery:
We will replace the incorrect item with the correct one in your next delivery and will collect the incorrect item.
3. Important Notes
- No cash refunds are available, replacements will be provided instead.
- Ex-godown stock is displayed on our website. If an ordered item is not in good condition, we’ll put it on hold and deliver a replacement with your next order.
- Special delivery requests outside our schedule incur additional delivery charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order, we’ll refund the amount minus bank charges incurred by us.
